calories. I am not
saying that it is not true or doesn’t work.
But you need to be in good shape to carry out these
muscle maker programs. People
do develop nice muscles and bodies.
But with lot more vigorous exercise than you expect,
and almost unworkable for someone like me in 60s.
I tried many including Prevention VCR in 1990s when I
was in fifties. I
did not notice a significant difference.

Even yoga stretches that I do, keep me healthy and
flexible but are not as effective as I expect in reducing
